Community Resources

BODYART is continually questioning our structure, the ways we interact in the dance community, and the ways in which we operationalize our values and mission. Access to traditional not-for-profit administration needs/resources can be a barrier for many. From grant reporting to organizing a funding calendar and production learning curves, why should we all do the same work behind closed doors? Let's share!

Our goal is to use this space to share tools we've created and/or cultivated over the years, in the hopes that it will be useful to you.

Demographics Generator:

This is a custom google sheet that can be used to track audience reach and target demographics based on zipcode served. Plug in the zipcode and see demographics breakdown based on the most current US Census data. At BODYART we compare the demographics of the zipcode we are serving with the demographics of audience turnout to see if we are reaching our target audience or not. Click here or follow link above.

Funding Calendar:

This tool can be used to maintain and organize any grant applications. This google sheet contains custom auto-sort functions to keep applications sorted based on status. Data will be automatically shifted from top to bottom based on current status of applications (In Progress, Denied, Submitted, Awarded, etc.). Click here or follow link above.
